3. Non-Refundable Items/Services:

  • Certain products/services may not be eligible for a refund. Please get in touch to find out which are eligible. 

4. Condition of Returned Items:

  • To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused/undamaged etc.

5. How to Initiate a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at sheffkickz@yahoo.com. You will be asked to provide details such as order number, reason for refund, etc.

6. Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

7. Method of Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.

8. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

9. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Sheff Kickz reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
